Cold showers or hot ones?People talk about good habit of
having a cold shower in the morning, just for immunity purpose, hygiene and a
fast wake-up; but I agree just half of this. Personally I am not an advocate of
cold showers over the whole body, even while summertimes. Instead of this, in
summer days when I come back home, I take a hot shower over my entire body – it
is more benficial for health than the thermal shock cold water makes on an
overheated body. However, I use to have a short cold shower over my genitals
as part of my morning routine... |
