So first of all, see if any of your particular health condition affects your sex function, directly or indirectly. On the other hand, body weight should not be an ignoring parameter. Overweight is a very widespread condition and affects your health more than underweight. Beware of keeping your body mass index (BMI) parameter in normal limits, keep an eye on your belly fat and forget the weight loss pills. See if your actual health or medicines you take gives an indirect overweighting and then try lose weight by diet and lifestyle only.

Sleep is one of the most important allies to health in general and to sex health particularly.
